The research methods of serpentine waveguide and groove guide have been introduced . eigen equation of rectangular groove guide is obtained by galerkin boundary integration equation method . more accurate results are got with four - order approximation , which show good convergence and better agreement with experimental data when compared with previously published papers 利用galerkin積分方程法得到了矩形槽波導(dǎo)任意價(jià)精度下的本征方程,計(jì)算得到1到4價(jià)精度下的本征解,并且跟文獻(xiàn)中的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果及其他方法得到的結(jié)果做了比較,結(jié)果顯示,本文的結(jié)果更接近于試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),并且收斂速度快。
